Periods of deep change are a normal part of life.

And yet most of us are never really taught how to understand them while we’re going through them.

Sometimes there comes a phase where the life you’ve known no longer feels quite the same. The old ways of thinking, living, or relating to yourself begin to shift, even if, from the outside, everything still looks completely fine.

These in-between phases can feel confusing, emotionally heavy, and difficult to make sense of. Especially when you do not yet know what is changing or where this process is leading.

This course was created for that space in between.

What Is This Course?

This is not a transformation program. And it’s not a course about reinventing yourself overnight.

This is a guide to identity transitions.

The course is designed to help you understand:

  • what may be changing within you and in your life

  • why this phase can feel so confusing and emotionally overwhelming

  • the kinds of emotions and experiences that often come with internal change

  • why uncertainty can feel so heavy during these periods

  • and how to move through this phase without feeling like you need to figure everything out immediately

The purpose of this course is not to give you all the answers.

It’s to help you understand yourself more deeply during this phase of life and to remind you that there is nothing wrong with you.
