No experience is necessary! This session is open to beginners and experienced breathwork practitioners alike. I will guide you through every step.

Please bring a notebook, a blanket, and a bottle of water. You may also want to wear comfortable clothing and bring an eye mask for a deeper experience.

We will start with an introduction to Transformational Breathwork, followed by a guided session that targets emotional blockages, subconscious fears, and mental clarity. You will be lying down for most of the session while I guide you through a structured breathwork journey. We will finish with a grounding practice to help you integrate the experience.

Transformational Breathwork is designed to help you process and release emotions that may have been stored for years. It’s completely normal to experience emotions during the session, and this space is created for you to let go in a safe and supportive way.

While breathwork is generally safe, this session is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant or have heart conditions, epilepsy, or severe respiratory issues. If you have any medical concerns, please consult your doctor before joining.
