“This was my first 'proper' breathwork session and I walked into it not knowing how powerful and beneficial it would be.
It felt like 3 years of therapy all at once - which was super intense but it allows you to connect with a part of yourself that you cannot do through mental therapy. "The breathwork session was more powerful and intense than I anticipated
and it had its tough bits. But at the end of the session, after being able to let go at least a bit, I felt peace, calm and serenity as well as love and compassion much like at the end of a good meditative session. Anna gave good instructions and calmed me down throughout the session and I was able to trust her even though some times I felt resistance from my body and mind. I would definitely recommend this session with Anna to all who are interested in connecting better with your inner self and are willing to let go of harmful emotions holding one back, and who maybe don't have time or energy for daily meditation practices”.

“Wow! I wasn't sure what to expect with this session but can safely say I am a Breathwork convert :)
The feeling afterwards is like the endorphin high you get after intense exercise class! After the session, we talked through the experience and what Anna saw and felt from my breathing- by the end of the session I felt super calm and very present in my body - it was such a nice feeling as though all those layers of thoughts that has built up had just vanished - i can certainly see why this would become addictive!
Anna has a very calming presence and explained what would happen during the session very clearly before we started - which i am grateful for as all the things she said I would experience i did -she was on hand to guide me throughout the session and i really liked that sometimes she chose music with words that almost felt like mantras for me to focus on whilst i was doing the breathing”
