A calming one-minute reset to bring your body back into safety and presence.

What it is:
This simple practice is designed to interrupt stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm by reconnecting you to your body and breath. Just one hand, one breath, and one soft reminder can shift your entire state.

How it works:
You’ll be guided to:

  • Place your hand on your heart or a calming spot on your body

  • Take 3 slow, intentional breaths

  • Anchor into the present with a soft affirmation like:
    “I’m safe. I’m here. I can slow down.”

Why it helps:

  • Gently activates the parasympathetic nervous system (rest + reset)
