The “Right Where I Am” Check-In - 5 Minutes

A gentle practice for when you feel behind or unclear.

What it’s for:

To help ground your energy, release comparison, and remind yourself that you're exactly where you need to be — even if it doesn’t feel like it.

When to use it:

  • In slower seasons

  • When self-doubt or urgency comes up

  • When you feel unclear or “not doing enough”

Prompts:

  • What’s feeling heavy or unclear right now?

  • Where might I be putting pressure on myself to “figure it out”?

  • What do I know is true about where I am — even if it’s quiet?

  • If I trusted my timing fully, what would I give myself permission to do (or not do) right now?
