EFT: Feeling Safe to Slow Down - 5 Minutes

A gentle tapping practice to release urgency and reconnect with your natural pace.

What it is:
This EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) session is designed to support you when you’re feeling pressured to rush, produce, or keep up — even when your body is asking for rest. Through tapping and intentional phrases, we soften internal resistance around slowing down and create space for calm, trust, and self-permission.

What you’ll explore:

  • Releasing the belief that “slowing down = falling behind”

  • Meeting your need for rest without guilt

  • Reclaiming your own timing and rhythm

  • Building safety around soft seasons and in-between spaces

Why it helps:

  • Gently regulates your nervous system

  • Clears internalized pressure and productivity patterns

  • Supports emotional grounding during slower seasons

  • Helps you feel more resourced, even when you're resting

When to use it:

  • When rest brings up anxiety or guilt

  • When you feel like you “should be doing more”

  • During a pivot, pause, or uncertain phase

  • Anytime you want to reconnect with the truth that your pace is enough
